Steelers at Bills

I had a great little road trip to Buffalo last weekend.  I drove up Sunday afternoon and arrived in time to photograph the Sunday Night Football game.  Afterwards, I crashed at a hotel and then drove back first thing Monday morning.  I was up and back in less than 24 hours.

It was a cold, but not freezing night, with some light flurries in the first half of the game.  The Steelers didn’t play well, and the Bills took advantage of that to capture the win.  If we’re all honest about it, the Bills are a very good, maybe great, team.  Here is a small sample of the 5,000+ that I took before, during and after the game.

English Classroom

This is one of the 29 different Nationality Rooms in the University of Pittsburgh’s Cathedral of Learning.  These rooms depict and were donated by the ethnic groups that helped build the city of Pittsburgh.  The building is a national historic landmark and the Nationality Rooms are just a few of the many reasons why this facility is amazing.

The English Classroom was done in a Tudor-Gothic style after the House of Commons.  The room includes a few original relics donated by the British Government rescued from the House of Commons following the World Ward II bombings and is the largest of the Nationality Rooms.
