Brad dragged me out of the house on a recent, very cold morning to take some photos, which turned out great. I didn’t love getting up at 530am, but we had a good time. Big thanks to Brad.
I captured this photo on the Clemente Bridge that morning.

This is the path underneath the Lawrence Convention Center in downtown Pittsburgh. The lights change colors randomly, so as you stand there it will be blue, red, purple, etc…. In warm weather, it also has water running down the walls and on each side of the path, which also make for a unique photo op…. Just a cool spot.
I like NYC a lot. Do I love it??? Maybe. But I think I’d need a few more visits on top of the past visits, before I could claim to love it. Regardless, I enjoyed by time in the Big Apple and would like to go back.
During my last visit, I spent some time alone at night photographing the Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan skyline. This was one of the first photos I took that evening as I walked across the bridge to Brooklyn.

I took this HDR (5 auto bracketed exposure) photo about two years ago while on a photo walk with Brad Truxell. We were exploring the north side of Pittsburgh on this night looking for items to capture. We came upon this spot and I couldn’t resist. I forgot about it until tonight and now you benefit. Enjoy.
