The country of Bonaire is a water sport fan’s dream come true. Sign me up for the scuba diving. But if you can do it in, under or above the ocean, then this is your place. We spent a couple hours having lunch at a great seaside restaurant watching the windsurfers and I captured a few images as well.
Bonaire Fun
I so badly want to go back to Bonaire. Maybe someday, that’ll happen. I took this photo during our last visit to Lac Bay on this wonderful island.
Bonaire Wind Surfing
I’ve never tried this and probably never will. But I can capture a good photo of someone else doing it while I stand on solid land.
Sorobon Beach
This is a great windsurf location in Bonaire. They do so much windsurfing here, there are rows of these sheds to hold the equipment.

Windsurfing
I’ve been playing with the new Sony camera gear. Here is a quick shot I captured in Lac Bay on the island of Bonaire. This place was packed with Windsurfers. Earlier in the day (on the other side of the island) we saw dozens of Kite Surfers
